Wind down the weekend with a nourishing sound bath and nada yoga practice. We begin with a simple movement meditation to awaken our somatic bodies and inspire kinship with the fluid anatomy. Next we entrain our voices to the surrounding environment with vocal toning and elemental seed sounds. From here we journey into a restorative sound bath composed with crystal and tibetan singing bowls, gong, medicine melodies, chimes, bells and other musical instruments.
